Home is Iowa- Ground zero of the Road to the White House.
After writing the Iowa Prediction Diary http://www.mydd.com/story/2008/1/2/10491 3/8596 , and winning myself a free trip to Ames next December, I can't resist to offer the same prize. But rather than offer a free trip, someone else will need to make up a lame fake prize.
Please list your New Hampshire Predictions with place, percentage, if you have a horse in the race, if you are in New Hampshire, and the same for the GOP contest. Happy predicting!
Allow this to serve as the place to place your predictions, with numbers, for the Iowa Caucuses. Please state your preference, if you live in Iowa, if you are volunteering in Iowa or if you are getting your information only from the news. I am on the ground in SE Iowa, living across the river in Illinois.
Political Wire is reporting a new poll to be released this weekend that will show a dead heat in New Hampshire. We will see soon they report. Anyone want to take a guess what it will put the numbers at?

Opening guess:
Clinton 35
Obama 30
Edwards 24
Tonight I will meet Hillary Clinton at the home our our State Senator in Fort Madison, Iowa. Southeast Iowa was a Vilsack stronghold, and he are Christie will be present tonight as they "whip" Vilsack supports for HRC. I gained respect for Vilsack when he lifted up strong language on the war. I lost all that respect when he endorsed HRC and all but wore a T-shirt that said "I want to be VP! Please pick me!" I will find out tonight just how strong the Vilsack support shift is to HRC. While Edwards has gotten press about picking up Vilsack support, SE Iowa is weighted stronger then other parts of the state and these are Vilsack backers who have been through the wars of five races together that led to our majority in both chambers this past fall.
